NEW RECIPE: GREEN SMOOTHIE

Green Smoothie (serves 2 - 4)


Ingredients:


1 cup young coconut water or fresh juice of choice
Tender coconut meat from one coconut (optional)
1 cup water
1 handful of any green leafy vegetable: spinach, romaine lettuce or kale
1 -2 frozen bananas or 1 cup frozen mango
1T lecithin granules
1T flax seed oil
1t vitamineral green powder or green powder of choice
sweeten with honey or dates
pinch Himalayan pink salt


Procedure:


In a blender, add the liquid first then all the ingredients, blend till smooth consistency. Enjoy!
