Raw Mexican on Monday April 21st
Time: 11:30 to 2pm
Demonstrations followed by a Raw Mexican Lunch. Recipes included.

3 Day Detox Workshop April 22nd to 24th, 10:30 to 1pm
Celebration Lunch on April 25th at 12pm
Includes detox talk, daily 3 culinary demonstrations, smoothies, elixirs, snacks & lunch.

Chef Certification: Foundations of Raw Food
April 29th to May 1st
1st Learn the basics of raw living foods with this hands-on program. Culminates with a celebration dinner for your loved one on May 2nd at 7:30pm. You will learn:
How to set up your kitchen and pantry

Soaking & Sprouting
Fermented Foods
Easy recipes for fun everyday living and much more

Eating for Beauty May 8th & 9th – 2 Days workshop
Learn fun recipes to add to your everyday diet that are great for your skin, hair & nails! Create your natural face masks. Tips to help you keep your glow!
Time: 10:30–1pm
